The Internet is an amazing tool. It can change the way we live, and we can see this potential of internet today. You can buy goods and services, follow news, look up facts and communicate with others around the world and all this with only a few mouse-clicks. It’s important for Ventture to help our customers retain their privacy when they take advantage of all the Internet has to offer.

We believe your business is no one else’s. Your privacy is important to you…and to us. So, we’ll protect the information you share with us. To protect your privacy, Ventture follows different principles in accordance with world-wide practices for customer privacy and data protection.

Ventture respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent with you about how we handle personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ventture collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Ventture Platform, or otherwise interact with us. It also goes over how you can exercise your privacy rights and choices.

The Ventture Platform is designed to allow Sellers to build, design, publish, and sell courses, coaching, digital products, retail products and other services to their Customers. This Privacy Policy applies when you access or use the services and tools offered through our Platform, or otherwise interact with us.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully prior to accessing and using Ventture Platform. If you have any questions, please contact us at: [email protected].

Overview

Personal information refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. How we handle your personal information will depend on whether we act as a “controller” or as a “processor” for the personal information. The controller is the entity that decides how and why to process personal information. The processor processes personal information on behalf of the controller at the controller’s direction.

Ventture is the controller of personal information that it collects and processes in connection with the use of our marketing site and the Ventture platform. This includes personal information that you provide to us when you create an account on the Ventture Platform, subscribe to a Ventture plan, enroll in a course, purchase a product or service through our Platform, etc. Please refer to the “Personal Information

We Collect” section of this Privacy Policy for more information about personal information that Ventture collects as a controller.

Sellers are the owners of content/product/information that they upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Ventture Platform (“Sellers Content”) and are the controller with respect to any personal information included in their Sellers Content. Ventture processes Sellers Content on behalf of the Sellers as a processor.

When a Customer enrolls, buys, or access the Seller Content, Ventture will provide the Seller access to a limited set of personal information about the Customer (“Customer Data”) to enable the Seller to provide their services to the Customer. Ventture and Sellers may each use Customer Data for their own business purposes, at all times subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and our Terms of Use. The Seller and Ventture each act as an independent controller with respect to their particular use of Customer Data.

Sellers acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information for which they are controllers.
