What is a user?

A user is your customer record in your account. Say, a user with an email address of [email protected] buys a course of yours first, and on a later date, subscribes to one of your membership sites, they will still be counted as ONE user.

Do I get access to every builder and feature?

Yep! You see, our pricing model couldn’t be any simpler. We give you unrestricted access to feature and every current / future business builders that we will build. We will never ask you to upgrade until you hit your website tier limits.

Is there a limit on number of users?

There is no limit on the number of users that you can have in your account.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Absolutely! Try Ventture for yourself. If you don’t love using Ventture as your business building platform, contact us within 30 days. We’ll refund 100% of your investment.

What happens after one year?

When you purchase this exclusive, limited-time plan, you’ll enjoy a full year of unrestricted access to the Ventture platform. After your initial year, you’ll have the option to continue with the platform at a monthly cost of just $99, and everything in your account will remain unchanged.

However, if for any reason you haven’t utilized the platform or made any sales, you can renew another year of access for just $20. Our aim is to support you, and we won’t ask for payment until you’re in a position to cover the platform fee with the earnings you generate on our platform. Does that sound fair to you?

What if I want to build more websites?

You can build up to 5 websites in your account under your “founders platform” membership.

You can build additional websites for a fixed monthly fee of $99 per website. You can add unlimited websites in your account.

How do I get support?

Can I use my own domain name?

Of course! If you have bought a custom domain that you’d like to map to a site created on Ventture, you can easily do that using our Domain Mapping feature.

Do I need a web host?

Your websites and all of their content are fully hosted with Ventture. There’s nothing to install and you don’t need anything else. You can access your websites and administrator area from any computer with a browser.

Is there a transaction fee?

There is no transaction fee. We do not take any percentage of your sales. You collect payments directly from your customers using your own PayPal, Stripe, RazorPay, or a payment gateway of your choice.
