What is a contact?
A contact is nothing but your customer. Say, a contact with an email address of [email protected] buys a course of yours first, and on a later date, subscribes to one of your membership sites, they will still be counted as ONE user.
Do I get access to every app?
Yep! You see, our pricing model couldn’t be any simpler. Separate pricing plans for each app would lead to nothing but confusion – ugh, wouldn’t it only add up to your costs? So, we give you unrestricted access to every current and future app we build. You pay only for the number of users that you acquire as and when your business scales up.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no installation charges. The monthly plan you pick includes everything you need.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, of course! You can make changes to your subscription anytime by simply purchasing the plan you like. However, downgrading back to the free plan is not possible. You can also get in touch with us on our support channel if you need any assistance regarding switching the plans.
Can I use my own domain name?
Of course! If you have bought a custom domain that you’d like to map to a site created on Ventture, you can easily do that using our Domain Mapping feature.
How does the free plan work?
When you sign up for a free account, you will have an unrestricted access to the Ventture platform. There is no monthly fee to be paid until you get your first 1000 customers. There’s only $1 fee applicable on every transaction and sale that is recorded in your account.
Do I need to enter my payment information?
You need to enter just your name and email to create your free account. Until you are ready to upgrade to one of our paid plans we do not ask for your credit card information.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely! If, at any point, you decide that Ventture isn’t the best fit for your online business, you can cancel your account with us right away.
Do I need a web host?
Your websites and all of their content are fully hosted with Ventture. There’s nothing to install and you don’t need anything else. You can access your websites and administrator area from any computer with a browser.
